Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is in a prime location on the main street, close to the night markets and various dining options. The rooms, although situated in another building across the street, were clean and pleasant with lovely old wood furniture. The service was welcoming and efficient, with a nice touch of an amazing take-away breakfast for an early departure. The dining experience offered superb choices located conveniently in front of the Main Street area. The facilities were well-maintained and satisfactory overall.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms in the annex were comfortable and clean, although there was a slight initial smell that dissipated quickly. The location was fantastic, especially for exploring the old town and witnessing the morning alms. The dining experience was superb with plenty of quality food options. The service was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel's annex across the street. The room was lovely with a seating area, but overall, the main rooms are tired and in need of renovation. The service was inviting and courteous, with the staff going above and beyond, even preparing a delicious take-away breakfast for our early flight. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the attractions and dining spots in the city. The dining experience, although a bit overpriced, offered a la carte options with very friendly staff. The facilities were adequate and the hotel itself was beautiful.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, located just across the road from the main hotel building. The cleanliness and safety were top-notch, and the huge comfy bed felt like a dream. I particularly loved the antique drums that added a royal touch to the room.
The Villa Santi Resort is well-located for exploring the old town and witnessing the alms in the morning. The rooms may need renovation as they looked tired and had a strong musty smell. The service was generally inviting and courteous, but there were instances of impoliteness. Dining options were limited and somewhat overpriced compared to other local offerings.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, located in a different building across the street, with unique antique drums reminiscent of the royal palace. The service was efficient and professional, though not outstanding, with the highlight being an amazing take away breakfast prepared for our early departure. However, language barriers and some inconvenience during the rain and monsoon season were noticeable. The location was superb, close to the evening market and daily monk ceremony, making it convenient to explore all the attractions and find good food easily.
The hotel rooms were old-fashioned yet lovely, with a fairly nasty smell at first but became unnoticeable after a few minutes. The location was across the street in a building separate from the main part of the hotel, though not far. The service was extremely conscientious, professional, and friendly, going above and beyond to have our food ready early on our final morning. The dining experience was very limited, but the staff at the egg station were the friendliest in the hotel.
The hotel has some lovely old wood furniture and antique drums similar to those in the royal palace, making the rooms very comfortable. The service was exceptional, with early food preparations and a spacious suite upgrade. The location is super convenient, close to all the sights. The dining options were nice but limited in choice.
The rooms were a big let down with no attention to detail and generally looking very tired, but on the upside, they were very comfortable. The separate house/building setup made going to breakfast a tad inconvenient, and we had to wait for hot water in the shower room.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, but can be noisy due to its proximity to a school. The service is top-notch with a friendly and welcoming staff. The location is ideal for exploring the bustling old town, although it may not be the quietest spot. The dining experience is delightful, especially when enjoying the view from the balcony. The facilities are well-kept and cater to various needs.
